ORDERS & SHIPPING
All orders require a two business day lead time for preparation. Although our meals are are shipped frozen, they are made fresh to order.
When Will My Order Ship?
Within two business days of ordering
Please note we do not ship on Thursday or Friday to ensure if there are shipping delays, your order doesn't sit over the weekend.
Our meals require two business days to prepare and up to three business days in transit depending on your location.
Example: if you place an order on Friday, we will ship your order no later than the following Tuesday and expect delivery no later than Friday.
Orders placed By Monday will ship the same week.
Orders placed Tuesday - Thursday will ship no later than the following Monday.
To ensure your meals are delivered at a safe temperature, We will not be able to ship on days that require your order to sit over the weekend.
We pack meal bundles in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice (CO2 solid) to preserve freshness during shipping.
When will my order be ready for local pickup?
Orders placed Monday - Friday will be ready within two business days. Orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be ready for pickup no later than Tuesday.
Dry ice may come loose in the shipping box, so we advise customers to open it with caution. It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F. Touching the dry ice with bare hands may cause burns from the extreme cold. HeatUps does not accept responsibility for any injury or harm related to improper handling of dry ice by the customer.
To dispose of the dry ice, use gloves or tongs to transport the dry ice to a small bowl or container and place it in a well-ventilated area, away from pets and children. The dry ice will dissipate over time.
If there are any issues with your order, you will have 7 days to report any issues. After 7 days have passed, we will not be able to assist you with any problems. Contact info can be found at the bottom of our webpage.
LOCAL PICK UP
Our local pickup hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Our pickup location is 4207 Wellborn Rd. Bryan TX. 77801. Upon arrival, please call (979)703-1130 with your order number and we will bring your order out. Please make sure you receive a pickup notification prior to picking up. Pickup notifications are sent by email, please also check your spam folder if it hasn't come to your inbox yet.

We recommend storing meals in the freezer immediately upon receiving. They will last in the freezer for 4-6 months
