Heat Ups takes customer privacy very seriously. We do not sell any customer information to third parties. We only store customer information for faster checkouts. We do not have access to customer accounts or their information. In the event that a customer loses a password, please use the forgot password tool. We are not able to offer assistance on lost passwords or password resets.
