Refund policy

Refunds: Because our meals are made to order, refunds are not able to be processed. 

Reporting Order Issues: Customers have 24 hours from receiving their order to report issues. Although refunds are not able to be given, we do have procedures in place to correct order issues. Please email info@heat-ups.com to report an issue with your order or call us during regular business hours.

Shipping Delays: Once your order leaves our facility we no longer have the ability to hold or expedite an order. If there is a shipping delay due to issues with the carrier, please report it to us as soon as it's known. We do have a process in place to replace orders that are spoiled due to carrier delays. Please note our orders ship out frozen and packed with enough dry ice to last up to 5 days in transit. If your order is delayed in shipping but still within this window, please wait until your order is received to report any issues.
